Getting startedRequires access through your organization

Your organization provides your access to Arqent. Use the work email address that received your invitation.

Prepare your account

1. Open your organization's invitation.
2. Accept it using the link in the email.
3. Follow the separate email to set your password, if this step applies to your account.

If your organization provides another sign-in method, follow its access instructions.

Sign in

1. Open app.arqent.ai.
2. If a welcome page appears first, choose the option to sign in through your organization.
3. Sign in on the Arqent login page with your work email address and password.
4. Wait for your workspace to appear.

Use the correct email address

Use the address from your invitation. Another work or personal address may not be associated with your account.

Check that you're in

After signing in, you'll see the Arqent navigation and your workspace. Your user menu contains your profile and the personal settings available to you.

If you can't sign in

• Forgot your password: Use the password-reset option on the login page.
• No invitation: Check your spam folder and contact the person responsible in your organization.
• Signed in, but no access: Signing in and receiving workspace access are separate steps. Ask your administrator to check your assignment.
