Explore organization memory

Organization memory provides views of connected sources and stored knowledge entries. What you see depends on your access and your organization's configuration.

Open the area

Select the organization memory icon at the bottom of the navigation. When the sidebar is collapsed, the icon's tooltip shows its name.

Available views

Interface label Purpose
Source map An overview of provided sources and their displayed states.
Memory A view of knowledge entries.
Remembered A view of content recorded as remembered.
Audit A view for tracing activity, where accessible.

In Source map, use Show inactive to include inactive sources. Check the status, classification and time of last exploration when these details are available.

Evaluate knowledge entries

Check the origin, freshness and context before using an entry to make a decision. A displayed source name alone doesn't tell you which specific content is already available.

The view may be empty if no sources are connected. Ask your administrator about company sources you need.

How this relates to Drive

Drive is your file storage. Organization memory is a separate view for sources and knowledge. A file stored in Drive isn't automatically a knowledge entry.
