A task is waiting or has failed

Open the relevant conversation and read the latest status message. It indicates whether information is missing, a decision is needed or a step couldn't be completed.

A question needs an answer

Answer the specific question in the same conversation. Provide missing information clearly, such as the time period or desired file format.

Approval is required

Read the proposed scope. Pay particular attention to the data involved, the destination system and the intended changes. Use the displayed approval action when the proposal matches your request.

If it doesn't match, request a change or reject it where the dialog offers that option.

A step has failed

  1. Read the error message and identify the affected step.
  2. Where relevant, check file access and the status of the required connection.
  3. Keep any partial results already available.
  4. Use a retry option only once it's clear what will run again.

I don't know whether the action happened

If a connected service is involved, check the result there. An interrupted display alone doesn't mean nothing happened in that service.

Avoid duplicate actions

Before repeating an action such as creating or sending an entry, establish the outcome of the previous attempt.

When to ask for support

If the state remains unclear, note the time, last visible message and affected area. Include a displayed reference number or task ID, if available.
