Organize work in a project¶
Use a project when several work steps and participants belong to a shared topic.
1. Choose the right project¶
Open Projects and search for the existing project. If you're allowed to create one, select Create New Project.
For practice, you could use:
- Name: Onboarding – Example project
- Description: Preparing an internal team workshop using fictional practice content.
Review the details and select Create.
2. Check the project context¶
Open the project using Continue working. The project name appears above the section navigation. Overview shows the available collaboration information.
3. Open the right area¶
| Your next step | Area |
|---|---|
| Work with Project Agents | Agents |
| Exchange information with the team | Team chat |
| View and work on tasks | Assignments |
| Find shared files | Files |
| Keep project notes | Internal Notes |
Before adding content to the team chat or file area, check that it is intended for the project team.
4. Manage access deliberately¶
Review team members and roles. If you can manage access, Project Access Control takes you to the corresponding settings. Give others the access intended for their work.
If an area or project is missing, contact the people responsible for the project.
5. Resume your work¶
Later, open the project again through Projects or its entry in the sidebar. Use the star to add it to Favorites if space is available.
